Dave Glaze was born in New Westminster, British Columbia, and grew up in towns in Alberta, Ontario, and Saskatchewan. At various times he’s made his living as a journalist, a social worker, a landscaper, and a lumber mill worker, but for most of his working life he’s been a teacher and teacher-librarian in elementary schools. He has written for and helped to edit a number of magazines. Besides working on his own writing, he enjoys giving readings, presentations, and writing workshops to children and adults |

Dave
Glaze is the author of the Pelly stories: Pelly, Waiting for
Pelly, and the upcoming Save Pelly. He also wrote Who
took Henry and Mr. Z?, a finalist in the children’s category of the
Arthur Ellis Crime Writers Awards. The Light-fingered Gang is the
first novel in his new historical fiction series, The Mackenzie Davis
Files.
