Rebecca Grambo

Rebecca L. Grambo is the award-winning author of more than 20 science and natural history books for adults and children. Her most recent releases are The Great Sand Hills: A Prairie Oasis (Nature Saskatchewan, 2007), Wolf: Legend, Enemy, Icon (Firefly Books, 2005) and Digging Canadian History (Whitecap Books, 2006).

Rebecca also writes for magazines including Canadian Geographic, Canadian Wildlife, Nature Canada, and is the author of a regular nature column for Acreage Life.

A geological engineer by training, a natural history photographer, biologist and botanist by choice, she brings both the discipline of a scientist and the curiosity of a six-year-old to every project.  Born and raised on the Great Plains, she now makes her home in Warman, Saskatchewan.
