Richard B. Wright

Richard B. Wright is "one of Canada's most interesting ... and important fictional writers" (Ottawa Citizen).  In 2001 Clara Callan won the Governor-General’s Award for Fiction, The Giller Prize and Ontario’s Trillium Book Award.  He has also been the recipient of the Toronto Book award and the Faber Award for Fiction in the UK.

Among his ten novels are The Weekend Man, Tourists, Sunset Manor, In the Middle of A Life, and The Age of Longing, which was nominated for both the Giller and the Governor General's Award.

Adultery, his newest novel, is written with his trademark poise, grace and extraordinary eye for detail..
Richard Wright will be the guest author at the Great Big Book Club.
