Tracy Hamon
Tracy Hamon was born in Regina and currently resides there. She is the author of three books of poetry, This is Not Eden (Thistledown Press), Interruptions in Glass (Coteau Books), Red Curls (Thistledown Press). She has been a finalist for various Saskatchewan Books Awards and won the Regina Book Award in 2015. She won the City of Regina Writing Award in 2005, was longlisted for the CBC poetry prize, and has received honourable mentions in various contests. Her work has been featured in literary magazines, anthologies, on CBC radio, and in touring art collaboration with the Fibre Art Network Tour. When not hard at work as the Executive Director of the Saskatchewan Writers’ Guild, she continues to tweak the same manuscript of poems and trying to start a story about a fictional guy named Gary.
